From the reviews

I know it’s selfish, but I don’t even want to do this review because I want to keep Daniel to myself! I am a very active person with a lot of sports injuries. I need a massage therapist that doesn’t mind if I am an active part of my therapy.

★★★★★ — Christina, Nov 2024

I was referred to Daniel by my chiropractor and have been seeing him for a few months. Daniel is professional, makes you feel comfortable immediately, discusses your issues before starting the session and is thoroughly knowledgeable about muscles and the work that needs to be done to bring about healing.

★★★★★ — Phyllis, Nov 2024

Daniel was so amazing and immediately got me in when I was injured from a run. He communicates every step of the way, is careful, kind, patient, dedicated and an expert in his field. He is a professional through and through and he got me back on the trail within a week.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Nov 2024

Daniel is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He is very well informed on therapeutic modalities and takes the time to ensure my specific massage needs are being met. I especially recommend Daniel for sports/athletic massages. I believe my twice monthly 1.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
