Fantastic experience at Utah. From 9 am to 10 pm. I was there for 1week and visited the shop for 3 times. I went golfing and mountain hiking at Utah, they were very friendly and experienced to help me out with professional machines and cupping, hot stones. I was able to travel around without any tissues pain.
This is proof looks are deceiving! You might just drive by, and that would be a mistake! Easy to get appt, friendly staff, and amazing massage! I've been looking for a place that will actually do deep tissue massage and I found it! Grace was fantastic. I got a 90 minute massage, includes cupping/ hot stone.
This is the best massage place my wife and I have ever been to, including the really fancy high end spas. It's a small lean business, but their dedication to their work is unparalleled. I work out 2-2.5 hours a day and am pain-free thanks to the excellent massage therapists here.
I had an amazing massage with Luna. She’s incredibly intuitive and really listens to what your body needs. Her technique is both relaxing and therapeutic. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. The pressure was perfect, and she paid close attention to problem areas without rushing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
