Tina was an amazing massage therapist. I love that she asked me questions on what focus areas I wanted her to work on. She also followed up with me 24 hours in advance to remind me about my massage. I work out of town a lot and it is nice to have someone give you a reminder and work around my schedule. Thanks Tina!
So pleased with the services I received & the value for the money. I was long overdue for a good massage. I had the combo massage with foot and deep tissue. Also, added on the full head service. It's the first time I have had a head massage like this & I will do it again.
First time here and it was worth every penny. The facility is small but very clean and calming. My daughter and I both had full body massage and both our massage therapist were great and made sure several times that we were comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
