I went to Healing Harmony Acupuncture & Pain Care Center because of recurring migraines and back pain. I didn't want to keep taking pain pills + had acupuncture done in the past so I figured I'd try it again. Long story short, it helped. Talitha is a caring practitioner who is a great listener.
My first session was in june of 2019. I have had severe pain on the bottom of both heels for over 30 years. None of the doctor's I've seen in that time were able to help with the pain. I would have onle about 2 hours to be on my feet before the pain was so bad the only thing I could do is stop and get off my feet.
I have been getting treatments from Talitha for years and truly experienced wonderful results however new treatments she's begun utilizing has been what I can only describe as miraculous. I undoubtedly believe this is my beginning for a new quality of life.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
