Two months of PT here at Hope Physical Therapy has given me so much More strength And flexibility in my neck after having cervical fusion. This is my second experience at Hope. A few years again I was treated for sciatica pain here. I recommend the services to anyone struggling with muscle or joint issues. Everyone is very polite, courteous and positive. They work as a team and it appears they love what they do and enjoy working together.
I had PT in California and felt it was useless. After being in enough pain, I tried again here in Texas. I was referred to Hope Therapy and Aquatics and spent two days a week in pool therapy. It was amazing. I love my therapist Nathaniel and I feel connected to the whole staff here.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
