When I walked in, I was in so much pain that I could barely put on socks. My lower back muscles were so strained that I couldn’t get out of bed or get into my car without using my arms to help. After one session, all the stiffness is gone. I can touch my toes again without feeling any pain.
Love this spa, super high quality and they don't incorporate any new age spirituality some spas do, it's completely neutral. Jennifer is by far a superior masseuse, she has great intuition and knows how to treat my fibro without sending me home in pain. She knows how to find painful spots and gently work them out.
Josh was amazing! Was my first time going there! Will be going back. You can tell he is very experienced. He knows the exact points with the perfect amount of pressure. He would work on an area and when he returned to it you could immediately tell the improvement.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
