From the reviews

Sharae was wonderful! She addressed all my issues to the best of her ability within our time constraints. She had great bedside manner and let me know what she was noticing throughout the session. I feel so much better since the tension tamer and am looking forward to our next session!

★★★★★ — Chaisty, Feb 2024

Sharae is AMAZING! You won't be sorry to see her once you've had one session. Very thorough, very kind, very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I love going to see her!!

★★★★★ — Chris, Aug 2023

Sharae is magically gifted at massage. I've had hundreds of massages in my life and hers were hands-down (or hands-on, lol) the best. The style of gentle stroking passes she uses is extremely relaxing while also loosening tension. I always felt so much better after a session, actually taller and more limber.

★★★★★ — Kelsey, Jun 2024

Sharae always seems to know right where my sore spots are and takes care of them right away. I've dealt with chronic pain in my shoulders on and off for years. Sharae has been instrumental in alleviating that pain. I'm so appreciative of her and will continue to see her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
