From the reviews
Jessica listens and devises an individual treatment plan each time you meet. Her skills are fantastic! We are SO lucky to have her in Cheyenne!
Jessica is always so thorough and amazing! She answers all my questions does research if she doesn't know the answer and refers out when she needs to. I've always had excellent experiences here and feel so wonderful after the treatments!
Jessica is so awesome. I always leave my session feeling refresh, relax and at the same time energize. She is sooo good at what she does. Her bedside manner is the best I have seen in any acupuncturist. I have recommended her to many friends and everyone het the relieve they needed from her. Thank you Jess!!
I came in for plantar fasciitis and gut issues ,it's only been 4 hours and I already feeling tremendous relief bonus I have not felt anxious or had rambling thoughts all evening. Truly grateful
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
