From the reviews

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I took my fiancé to Hawaii Choi Spa for the first time and we left feeling the best we have ever felt. It was my fiancé's last weekend before he deployed so I surprised him with a couple's massage.

★★★★★ — Cristina, Dec 2025

I walked out of my appointment feeling completely at peace, and honestly I almost cried from the relief I felt. I had seen this place come up a few times on my TikTok and decided to give it a try, even though I was pretty skeptical after some bad experiences with other massage places on the island that didn’t really…

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! There was a little confusion with my appointment, but Aunt Choi went above and beyond — she offered to take me in early before the salon even opened since I was flying out that same day.

★★★★★ — Pooja, Nov 2025

I had an amazing experience at Hawaiian Choi Spa. The auntie there was incredibly kind, sweet, and truly gifted. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. What made it even more special was how she treated me like family.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
