From the reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Jafary for 5 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! His staff are amazing people as well! Their like family instead of a physician’s office! They have treated me great from day one and I feel like they all care so much about my health and self! If I could rate them higher, then I would!
1st time ever being heard and genuinely cared about. I've been dealing with depression and debilitating panic attacks and after my appt yesterday I'm certain that my future looks bright and my fight is over.
One of the best Doctors Ive seen here in West Virginia! He has compassion, kindness, generosity and a funny side too! I feel at home when visiting and his Staff are excellent too! No long wait times either!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
