From the reviews
Had my first appointment with Hasina! Not only was the environment welcoming, she thoroughly explained the process to me and was very knowledgeable. I completed a cupping session on my back and face. I noticed such a difference after just one visit!! I had so much more energy and my acne has decreased!
I loved everything about my session with Hasina. It was my first time trying Hijama and I kid you not I felt instant relief on both wrists, after having been diagnosed with Tenosynovitis in mid-2020.
My mother and I did hijama with Hasina and her daughter today. They were wonderful. Hasina is so knowledgeable, it’s very impressive. She is so kind, gentle and genuinely cares about her clients. Her daughter was very sweet and gentle with us as well.
If I need to get to straight to the point: I definitely recommend coming here to get Hijama done. If it is your first time like it was mine, do not be nervous or scared as I was. Hasina did an AMAZING job explaining everything for me. She is very sweet and caring.
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Hasina Hijama Cupping
Hasina Hijama Cupping comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — a female practitioner is available here. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
