From the reviews
I got a massage with Madison and she was just the best! This definitely wasn’t a cookie-cutter massage - Madison was very attentive to my individual needs and I left feeling SO MUCH BETTER! I got cupping (first time) with Kelly during a separate visit and was pleasantly surprised!
Hands That Hear was the Best massage I have ever received- Truly the best! I am a runner and would regularly get massages to keep me from getting injured and feeling good. My previous massage therapist, retired 6 months ago- so I was in search of a good therapist and really couldn’t find anyone that I liked.
Hands that Hear is awesome. Haley is wonderful, truly tuning into what issues I have going on and addressing them. I always feel so relaxed when I leave, and I love the cupping that is integrated into the massage.
I recently saw Kelly for a TMJ release session. I’ve had chronic migraines for 9 years and went into my session with a migraine. Kelly was very communicative the entire time and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
