From the reviews

If you need a massage, Nick is your guy! He’s great with incorporating physical therapy and stretching techniques in massage along with utilization of tools such as cupping. He’s worked in the business for years and is very talented. Location is easy to get to and convenient.

★★★★★ — Jared, Dec 2022

I always feel so much better after a massage from Nick!! He makes sure he is working the painful areas and uses all his skills to be sure the pain is gone and I walk out in much better shape than when I came In! I love the hot stones and cupping!!

★★★★★ — Patti, Dec 2022

Nick is amazing! He's so professional and knowledgeable. 8 months ago, I had a repetitive use injury from work that left my entire arm weak and numb. One or two massages later, I was back at 100% and thanks to regular visits with Nick, it hasn't returned at all.

★★★★★ — Heather, Aug 2023

This is by far the best results I have had. Nick has helped me with my shoulder and my hip. To the point I thought I was going to require shoulder surgery. Now I can move my arm everywhere that's not hurt. I was also having cortisone shots in my hip.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
