From the reviews
I came in with extreme pain. I had tweaked my back just stretching it. And Latoya fixed it in one session. We agreed that cupping would help with the swelling that was going on. And Added that into the mix as well.
Great place to retreat to for well deserved or well earned relaxation! This place is quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The friendly and knowledgeable staff along with their serene setting are everything you need to let the stress melt away!
I had a truly fabulous massage with Mikhai. He is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable therapist, and it shows in every aspect of his work. He was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and tailored the session thoughtfully to what I needed.
I can’t say enough good things about LaToya—she is truly exceptional! I came in absolutely desperate with excruciating pain in my neck, upper back, and shoulder that had me barely able to move or function.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
