Katrina is the best! She is consistently great every time I get a message. I have been seeing her for 18 years. I get a full body Swedish massage with cupping as needed. My work in construction causes my muscles to get really tight and sore and Katrina's massages are a necessity for me.

I’d just had surgery a few days before my visit and my back was killing me from being bed-ridden for 4 days. I found Hands On Health online. They were able to get me in right away and were able to accommodate treating me in a chair. The clinician listen and was very capable of manipulating my muscles to create release.
Freeland was amazing… easy to talk to and down to earth. He found out what my specific needs were at the beginning of our time together. He really knew what he was doing…. And the pressure was perfect. Maybe the best therapist I've ever had. I would highly recommend him!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
