From the reviews

My partner gifted me a massage here by accident (I frequent another massage place downtown Syracuse) though I am very loyal to my place I will honestly say that I had an amazing massage here. I gave it 5 stars because the massage with Holly was beautiful.

Joshua R is the best masseuse in this city, in my opinion. I've struggled for years to find someone who can inherently tell where the pain is and what is causing it. He explains why he does certain things and then explains how I can continue my own maintenance at home. The best.

Pam was so amazing! I told her about the areas that were bothering me and she paid extra attention to make sure my aches and pains were smoothed away. The atmosphere was tranquil and the conversation relaxing. I felt like I was spending time in a safe environment where I could put myself at ease.

Pamela is a rockstar and my miracle worker! she listens so well to what's going on and always does such an amazing job with her massage ! I always walk out feeling like a million bucks :) the new app that is available is so unbelievably easy to use to book appointments and see all info. I love it !!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
