From the reviews

What can I say? This care is top notch. Danielle listened to me. I felt respected by her. By both of the women. You don't feel that at most offices anymore. I was welcomed by her lovely friend at the desk every time. They asked me immediately if I felt better or worse.

★★★★★ — Brittany, Feb 2025

I CANNOT stress enough how much of a difference Danielle has made in my life! After several doctors appointments and a referral to a pain management doctor, I finally found Danielle. Through her knowledge and expertise, she got me on the road to recovery and I am forever thankful! She is so kind and patient.

I would recommend this group to everyone! Danielle is wonderful! She is a master at her skill! She designs therapy routine specifically for you and adjusts accordingly to your progress, needs and work requirements. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! Heather is the glue that holds everyone together.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
