I'm a truck driver heavy Equipment operator. I get bounced around. In 1990.I was driving over 100 miles. I was young and would jump from my truck. One day I jumped game over. I had extreme pain in my lower back.I called my boss told me to go to the Hospital. I felt every bounce on my way back.
Dr.Degenhart is amazing to say the least , you can clearly tell he really loves what he does and loves his clients. i’ve been there 2 times now and he knows who i am without picking up my chart.
Highly recommend. I can't say enough good things about Dr John and how blessed I am that he helped me resolve my severe pain in my back and hip. All the docs and specialists said surgery was my only answer, so I felt I had nothing to lose by trying a chiropractor for the first time. I was leery, but he was recommended.
Best chiropractor around! I was so nervous my 1st visit but he is so so gentle and really cares about his patients! I would rate him 100 stars if I could! He's so nice too! Soft spoken, kind and FAST! if your afraid of going to a chiropractor like I was, don't be!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
