Just had a wonderful 60 minute massage with Gunner at Gunner Holistic Massage in Narberth. The spa is warm and inviting with relaxing music and bubbling waters - just a perfect tranquil and personalized experience. No external noises (sometimes happens at a chain/commercial massage location).

A massage with Gunnur is a wonderful experience. Her space is beautiful and makes an "office building" feel like it's own little spa. I need deep tissue massages for severe back problems, so I want to feel the benefit after the session, not just to enjoy the experience during it, and Gunnur delivers.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
