From the reviews
I highly recommend going to Dr. Emily! I slept funny one night and could barely move my neck and back, and after just one session with Dr. Emily my pain went from an 8 down to a 1!!
Thank you so much! The bodywork and cupping with gentle adjustments at the end was very effective for my neck pain. Felt a lot of relief with just the first visit. Will be back:) Thank you!
Couldn’t recommend enough! I was able to get in super quickly, and I felt amazing afterward. I wouldn’t trust my care with any other place.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Emily! She just opened her business I can tell she has a genuine interest in what she does. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and cared for.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
