From body worker to body worker, love this girl! It’s great to have a set of hands on you with such an intuitive guide to what is really going on in your body. Mickey covers all the areas that need attention, along with the sistering issues that sometimes go unnoticed. I always leave feeling better!
Mickey is amazing I’ve been a client since 2018!! I’m a hairstylist so my body need consistent work to keep myself from getting stiff and sore. I have sciatic pain and she is able to work that out and she gives me at home stretches to help with relief in between appointments.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
