From the reviews
Kim is great. I have a bad back from work and when I leave there I feel great.
Kim is amazing! I've been going to her over the years and love the new space. Her treatments and services are the best- she is the real deal! A must try!! She runs on time and is very organized with lots of choices for times/appointments even on Sundays!
Kim has been great and I would highly recommend her. She has been able to fix a range of issues from jaw pain, upper back pain, and other issues.
Kimberly is the best! I have tried several other people over the years but her technique really stretches out my computer back and neck.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
