From the reviews
I have had a right hip issue for over 18 since a round trip drive Florida in 2023. My sister highly recommended I go see Carrie. She went thru my intake very methodically and then did my assessment on the areas I noted my pain. She quickly made a recommendation for our session and told me what to expect.
Karissa and her team at Ebb and Flow are top tier and simply the best. Incredibly warm and inviting energy to this place. Super safe space and no judgement 🙏 which is #1 priority for me when I go to any spa.
I just had my first massage with Jette, and it was absolutely wonderful! She asked which areas I wanted to focus on—and she truly listened. I always need extra attention on my neck and shoulders, and Jette took the time to really work through those spots. My range of motion in my neck felt so much better afterward!
I visited Ebb and Flow with three girlfriends for massages to start off our “girls weekend”. They were able to accommodate all four of us at the same time and we all had a great experience. I can personally speak to the professionalism of Cortney, and would request her again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
