From the reviews

Just a wonderful overall experience! I've been to Green Leaf only twice and had treatments from two different therapists and the sessions were amazing even though they were both slightly different.

★★★★★ — Buster, Oct 2024

I had some serious knots in my upper back/neck. Jennifer listened to my concerns, explained what was going on, potential causes and how she would address them. The session was calming with non-intrusive, instrumental music and minimal talking. I felt better when I left and plan to return.

★★★★★ — Dena, Aug 2025

Christine was amazing. She took her time with me and was able to focus on my lower back/sciatic nerve pain that I was dealing with at the time and I felt so much better than I had felt in a long time after just one session. I will be back again!

★★★★★ — Jordan, Nov 2025

Scott has been fantastic! Very personable and professional, plus so intuitive as to what areas need focus. My chronic knots and pain are no match for him!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
