Milena introduced me to cupping therapy for the first time. Although I had no expectations of this treatment I have been surprised by the results .After a few days the soreness went away and I found I had better range of motion in my shoulder. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Beachwood.
Milena is amazing!! She does fire cupping and facial cupping and her massages are the best….. I’ve only had 3 sessions with her so far and results have been incredible. She will find your knots and release them.
Milena is an extremely knowledgeable and adept practitioner able to use various methods and tools including deep tissue, handheld fascia blaster and cupping to relieve stress and muscle tension. My whole body was really messed up from work, international travels, exercise and sports.
Every now and then I get knots in my back that inhibit my range of motion. Milena is able to do a massage that penetrates to the knots and loosens them up. I also find that the cupping technique she uses relieves the soreness and tension in my back. I highly recommend her!!

What to expect from your first cupping session
