I scheduled an appointment with Jamie. I had a full body massage and it was the best massage I have ever had!! She took her time and it was amazing. She definitely cares about what she does and her massage techniques are excellent.
This is my first time visit to Gecian Spa. I have had many massages over the years. Yesterday I received a full body deep tissue massage from Jamie. I soon became totally confidant in her skills in working certain muscles that are currently giving me pain.
Grecian Spa was an amazing experience. The massage therapist was really friendly and was always making sure I was comfortable, which I was. I felt and still feel really relaxed. The oil they used was by far the best. The oil didn't leave you sticky or gross feeling.
Have you ever felt stressed out? Or are your muscles aching from continuous hard work? Then Jamie is the one to see. She alleviated all of the pain I was experiencing in my neck and back that has been giving me trouble. I also highly recommended the hot stone treatment while you’re there. Five star service.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
