I had my first visit to Great Bodywork and Spa for their Midweek Reset special (Tuesdays and Wednesdays only). My masseuse Deedee was the sweetest, as she has both strong hands and feet while also very caring for her clients (always asking if the pressure is too much or just right)!
When I say they gone get you right! My masseuse was Latte. She was AMAZING! Did the perfect amount of pressure and was very attentive to my needs. I’d definitely recommend. I accidentally stumbled across this as I was driving. The prices are super affordable!
I had the best massage here. Better than what I got in Thailand or Bali. The masseuses here are very skilled and know how to fix your body where it aches. I had Tanya last time and she’s truly blessed with her hands. Very strong pressure and massages all the right spots to loosen my shoulders and neck.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
