From the reviews

I’ve had a few acupuncture and cupping sessions here, and it’s so nice to finally start feeling some relief from my pain. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I’m amazed by how well this is working for me. Dr. Linda is simply delightful and it is evident she really cares about the people she’s helping.

So worth it! Linda gave me cupping, acupuncture, gua sha and taping. she gave me helpful tips and I’ve been feeling a lot better.

Love this place and they accept a wide range of insurances-and they call&file the paperwork for you, no need to have to apply for a credit through insurance later. The consultation was very thorough and accurate. Its very clean and i can see that fresh needles are used and then disposed of.

★★★★★ — Alison, May 2017

I love this place! I wish I would of discovered acupuncture before seeing a chiropractor a whole year. After just one session I have felt more progress than ever before. Groupon even has a nice deal as well and insurance is excepted! 😊

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
