From the reviews

Grace was recommended to me for her lymphatic drainage massages and she did such a stellar job with the first one that I bought a package of massages on the spot!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at this wellness haven. From the moment I walked in, I felt wrapped in a sense of peace and care that is so rare to find—and it’s all thanks to Grace. Grace is nothing short of extraordinary.

★★★★★ — Claudia, May 2025

Grace is hands-down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever worked with. As someone who plays a lot of sports and tends to push my body to the limit, I often show up feeling like a pile of knots.

★★★★★ — Frank, Oct 2024

I HIGHLY recommend Grace. She is a very caring and powerful massage therapist! Honestly, I’ve moved all over the country and I have never had massages as good as what she gives. I’m normally the person that walks out of a massage feeling like it’s not worth the money. That is not the case with Grace.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
