From the reviews
I’ve been suffering from neck and lower back pain, and Dr. Kang and Dr. Ri have been amazing. They provided very careful and attentive treatment, including acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping. I could really feel their sincerity and care during the treatment. Every session helps me relax both my body and mind.
Beautiful office. Amazing staff.. This is the best place to start on your road towards healing.
Excellent office and Dr. Kang is amazing! I have been a patient for years and she has helped me and my whole family with a variety of issues. I can’t recommend her highly enough.!
As a professional registered nurse, I am very selective when it comes to choosing my own health care providers . Dr Kang is an intuitive and skilled practitioner who identifies problems and successfully treats them - with great concern and kindness. I’ve been fortunate to have been treated by her for years .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
