Recently completed 3 months of Physical Therapy with Crystal. I have been in Physical Therapy with Crystal several times & I'm always thankful for her experience & helpfulness.
My experience with Gottsche Therapy Clinic was totally positive. The administrative staff was always friendly, helpful, and very professional. The therapists who worked with me, Nicole, Crystal, and Lisa were all very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and did an excellent job of working me back to good physical…
I can't say enough.... This team is WONDERFUL! Super professional and believe it or not, a super fun group. Super knowledgeable. Can you tell I think they are SUPER. Ryan, Torey, and Lisa got me through TWO knee replacements and a back injury.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
