From the reviews

Let me start off by saying that this was without a doubt the best form of self care I’ve ever invested in. Fati was so on point with identifying where in my body needed the most focus and I left the table feeling more alive than I’ve ever been.

★★★★★ — Trevoree, Jan 2023

Mary is God’s gift to massage therapy. She has extensive knowledge of the body with her many years as a physical therapist and knows exactly what’s going on w/ your body the second she touches you. I have multiple injuries and one was so bothersome it would have taken forever in PT to remedy.

★★★★★ — Lindsay, Jul 2020

Was treated by Fati. Went in sore and tense and came out relaxed and sleepy. Great pressure, great music, great customer service. Would highly recommend.

★★★★★ — Jason, Jan 2023

Mary has fixed multiple aches, pains, and injuries that would have needed medication and physical therapy if it wasn’t for her magic hands. With an extensive physical therapy background, she pinpoints what is going on and has multiple treatments in addition to massage in making you feel better.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
