Garden Gate is definitely a hidden gem in Valencia County. While I live nearby, I waited years to make an appointment. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment and the staff was very welcoming and accomodating. I was extremely impressed by the facilities, and my massage therapist, Pierre-Andre, was outstanding.
This is a true sanctuary.. such a lovely oasis in the desert. I am so blessed that I referred to this place and to such a gifted intuitive healer like Pierre. Each time I go, he releases impingements and stagnant energy that I just can’t reach myself. The feeling of connectedness and wholeness is once again restored.
First time at Garden Gate Day Spa and i have to say it was truly amazing. I live in Phoenix and have been to many different Spas and hands down this one is phenomenal! I also highly recommend JoAnne for your therapist.
Had the most magical 🪄time. It was super quiet. It snowed 🌨️out today. The Patricia Rubi🧍♀️ we had the appointment with was so nice and attentive. The food🍔🥪 was so tasty they set up a quiet room fo us to eat. It was clean the saunas 🧖♀️where so nice as well. I can’t just melt after that visit!! 🌨️💜💜💜
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
