From the reviews

Julie gives the best massage I have ever had. She adjusts to your individualized needs session by session. I have been to many places (from corporate to high ends spas) and she is consistency the best of the best. I feel so relaxed with her. 100/10 recommend to anyone considering!!!

I recently had a massage session with Julie, and it was outstanding! I came in with lower back pain, and thanks to Julie's expertise, I left feeling much better. She's not only skilled but also very attentive to specific health needs. Highly recommend her!

★★★★★ — Jingjing, Dec 2024

At the beginning of my session with Julie, I could feel a palpable energy even before she physically touched me, as she walked around the room. I booked a 90-minute session and experienced very intentional touch throughout. With over 30 years of experience, Julie truly knows what she is doing.

Richard was incredible!! I have had chronic back pain for over six months now and it's been a dark cloud over every day. I was skeptical of how much a massage could help, but was elated to find that it was a HUGE help.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
