From the reviews

Gaby is the most skilled massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is truly gifted and brings a broad range of tools to her sessions, including singing bowls and cupping. But what’s most remarkable about Gaby are her empathy and intuition.

Gaby gave me one of the best bodywork sessions I've ever received (not exaggerating). I immediately felt calm and more connected to my body stepping into her studio. The massage, pressure, movement, cupping, all of it was exactly what my body was craving and needing and wanting. Thank you so much for your work Gaby!

★★★★★ — Lizzie, May 2026

Gaby made me feel comfortable and relaxed immediately. I loved how the massage was tailored to my needs that day and I left feeling like a new human. This experience has me considering adding body work regularly to my wellness routine.

Gaby was great from start to finish. Given the covid situation many things have had to change with office procedures, layout, equipment used, etc. Gaby was great at communicating all of this in a professional/personal manner - which i doubt is an easy task!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
