From the reviews
Practitioners are very intuitive, knowledgeable, experienced and listen well to your needs. The spot is clean, has convenient parking lot, and a cute eclectic interior. I have been going there to see Jenna for a while now, she has been tremendously helpful with my spine issues, and general tension around my body.
I would highly recommend Maci and Jenna. I have worked with Maci for Personal Training and bodywork. She’s very intuitive with getting to the root of the matter regarding muscle tension and introduced me to cupping. Jenna provided Cranio-Sacral work (after a bad fall recently), at Maci’s suggestion.
What a beautiful collective! Jenna gave the most thorough massage I have ever experienced. She is extremely kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. From start to finish the entire check in, massage, and check out process was incredibly smooth and relaxing. Thank you Jenna for the work you do.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
