From the reviews

I had monthly massages with Jordan for about a year when he was inside a Chiropractic Clinic. I’m so glad he’s out on his own, still doing amazing work. He is super knowledgeable and will find tight spots you didn’t even know were bothering you. The new facility is lovely, with great parking.

Wow! Just Wow! Hands down the best deep tissue massage experience I have ever had! My neck and upper back have been all out of wack from sitting in front of a computer all day and a pretty bad car accident when I was younger.

Jordan is a top notch massage therapist, one of the best I know and as a massage therapist myself, I know many! He is extremely knowledgeable and great at working with injuries, old and new. I always know that I can count on his work to help me get out of pain.

I almost don't want to post how awesome they are since they are booked out several weeks as it is. I have a very old injury the cause numbness and pain to radiate down my arm all the way to my fingers. Jordan is the only health provider who has made a meaningful and lasting improvement for this Prineville.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
