From the reviews
Eric is not only a great human being but a fantastic massage therapist who knows what’s happening on a physiological level as he has studied the human body extensively. He’s kind, fun to talk to, and he brings solid pressure and care to his clients.
Eric is a master of Shiatsu massage. Strong arms to break up knots in all your muscles. He even drains my sinuses. Warm, friendly & knowledgeable of anatomy.
Eric has been my massage therapist for many years. As someone who leads a very active lifestyle, I’ve racked up a great deal of injuries over time. Eric consistently takes the time to ask about my concerns, discusses them with me in detail, and then tailors each session to address those specific needs.
Eric is amazing. He is exceptionally skilled at what he does, and is also both extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. Those qualities are not easily found, and finding them in one person is essentially like finding a unicorn.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
