From the reviews

An appointment with Foundation Therapy has become one of my favorite activities in the week. I have received more benefit from their expertise than I ever received from the pricey gym membership I used to have. The staff at Foundation work as a team and from day one you feel that your are in good hands.

I first came to Foundation Physical Therapy about a year ago to work on my neck and upper back posture. I worked with Jeremy and made a ton of progress in our sessions. He helped set me up with exercises for continued long term improvements which have made a world of difference both visually and comfort-wise.

★★★★★ — Domas, Mar 2026

I love going to physical therapy! I was referred for physical therapy after my total knee replacement surgery. My knee was the primary focus of my therapy, but my spine and hip were out of alignment due to compensating for my knee. Westley performed a comprehensive assessment and identified what my specific needs were.

★★★★★ — Susan, Oct 2025

Wesley was so amazing throughout the 4 weeks that I had PT to rehabilitate my ankle back to normal. She was so understanding and knew exactly what I needed to work on to strengthen my ankle.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
