From the reviews

I can’t recommend Trish enough. As someone living with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) and trauma-related seizures, finding safe, supportive care hasn’t always been easy but working with her has been truly life-changing.

This was both mine and my partners first time getting a massage, and the experience was PHENEMONAL! Brooke checked us in and she was so attentive and welcoming, she set the perfect tone for our experience. Kit and Jamie were our massage therapists and they were both amazing!

★★★★★ — Emma, Feb 2024

I’ve had a membership for a while here and it’s been great. My therapist Laura is absolutely amazing and has really helped me with some issues. The front desk staff is always 12/10 friendly and helpful!

★★★★★ — Cierra, Mar 2026

I was in a lot of pain. The therapist was Robert and he did a great job working out some serious knots. I had in my neck. Walked out feeling amazing.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
