From the reviews
Alycia is a wonderful acupuncturist. She is focused and attentive and I experienced wonderful results after being treated by her. I highly recommend her!
I had tried Acupuncture in the past, but it never did much for me. Enter Alyssa Askew. She was able to help me when I had hives all over my body after a stressful event. The condition turned around almost over night. No other Acunpuncturist comes close to her.
Alycia is great! She really cares about her work and is attentive, professional and focused on your needs. I’ve had wonderful progress with NAET and very much enjoy the experience! Highly recommend!
She was so nice and professional, she answered all my questions and kept me informed about what she was doing. The results were great! I definitely recommend Alicia
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
