From the reviews

My wife and I came into Hagerstown for a show and decided to have a spa day while we were here. Booked an hour and a half couples massage with Hope and Emily. 2 amazing therapist, listened carefully to our needs and made sure during the massage that everything was going great.

I had a session with Hope today. Hope was professional, helpful, personable, genuine, and customer focused. A few years ago I was in a bad car accident and my muscles continue to clench.

★★★★★ — Sarah, May 2025

I had a massage with Emily today and it was WONDERFUL! I came in with a tension headache and when I left, it was gone. She did a great job working out the knots in my shoulders and upper back and even worked on places that I didnt even realize that I held tension in!

★★★★★ — Joslyn, Dec 2025

Every massage therapist I have received services from over the last few years has done an amazing job! They provide a nice peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and they do an amazing job reducing my muscles spasms, loosening the tightness in my body, and reducing my pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
