I went to Firefly based on the great reviews and they didn’t disappoint. I had a 90 minute Signature Massage with Brittany and she was terrific. She took the time to understand what I wanted pre-massage, thoroughly explained cupping and CBD (since I was unaware) and gave me great feedback after the massage.
I've received several massages at Firefly Hollow Wellness Center from several different practitioners. Every time, I am greeted warmly and professionally. Every therapist has made sure they hear my goals for the appointment and I walk out feeling relaxed and renewed. I never want the sessions to end!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. The price was more than reasonable for two massages for an hour. The staff including the receptionist were friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The massage therapy team was skilled, professional, and made us feel very relaxed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
