From the reviews
I started seeing Jennifer in early August of 2025 as I was having issues with sleep, anxiety and other issues. I exhausted all other options and wanted to stay on the more natural path to "fixing" things. During my first visit, she spent time with me inquiring about my diet, stress levels, past medical history, etc.
Jennifer is amazing. I have had treatment from her since Oct 2024 weekly, if not more. The acupuncture and cupping have helped immensely with my complex shoulder break.
I loved my acupuncture and cupping session with Jennifer. I immediately felt at home just by walking in the door and the session got better from there. Her office space is so cozy and welcoming and as Jennifer explains what she will do and why, you can feel her passion and enthusiasm for what she does and you know you…
Jen has vast experience in acupuncture and therapy. I look forward to every session! I first visited seeking pain relief after a knee operation and since then she has healed various soft tissue bruises and injuries including a sprained ankle.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
