From the reviews

Physical therapy for balance and strength, as recommended by my primary care physician, was excellent. All therapists and front office staff were professional, friendly, patient, and helpful. Care is taken seriously to ensure safety, and exercises are tailored to each client's needs.

I was suffering from herniated disc with pain radiating from my glute to my foot. Highly recommend Fast Track Physical Therapy. PT Tyler is so knowledgeable and professional. Various exercises, dry needling, hands on therapy were able to help reduce my pain. I’m able to move and do my routinely tasks without pain.

I was in physical therapy for 5 months after knee replacement surgeries. Everyone there is wonderful and helpful. Especially my physical therapist, Lesley Woodruff, who worked with me to ensure I was on the right track. She educated me, encouraged me, gave me the right exercises to resolve my pain.

★★★★★ — Katrina, Apr 2026

I have been working with Fast Track on some leg muscle issues. All of their staff is very friendly and professional. Lesley has been especially helpful in treatment but also in providing exercise schemes so I can continue to work at home or when on vacation.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
