We love Dr Bright...he does a fantastic job helping me control my chronic pain from EDS. I always feel better after getting adjusted. He is great with the kids as well, and they enjoy chatting with him while we get adjusted.
I have been bringing my whole family to Dr. Bright for almost 20 years! I have trusted him to care for me through several pregnancies and had him adjust all my children from infancy. I trust him, his adjusting technique and his expert advice implicitly.
Dr. Bright has been treating now for 10 years and I have never felt better! I highly recommend Dr. Bright! I started to see him for headaches and neck pain and now I see him to maintain my health and prevent dis-ease. Thanks for all of your help!
I've been seeing Jon for a couple of years. 12/19 I was involved in a rear end accident. As soon as I felt good enough to get out due to concussion and pain; Jon has been working on me. If you want someone who will answer your questions and listen to you; I recommend him without any reservations.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
