From the reviews
Tom is absolutely the best! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, generous and effective. I had tried for years to correct a back problem that caused constant pain and made life miserable at times. He helped bring back a better quality of life for me.
Thanks to a dear friend I was referred here for my back as I could barely move. After an hour I left with less pain and walking taller. I've been seeing Tom for other issues since. I visited yesterday and happened to mention something to him.
Tom goes above and beyond. He is truly living his dharma (the work his soul was meant to do) Came in feeling a bit under the weather came out feeling restored. He is a wealth of knowledge.Looking forward to returning. Thanks for helping me back to center Tom! Ashay!
Acupuncture is by far the best treatment ever, in my opinion.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
