I had a Reiki session with Sheila and an astrology session with Nicole, and I would highly recommend both services. Sheila’s Reiki session was incredibly calming and rejuvenating—I left feeling relaxed, grounded, and refreshed. Nicole is a truly gifted astrologer.
Was experiencing third day of a cluster migraine and was able to get a last minute appointment for a massage. Garrett was great, really worked my upper body knots and tension points so I left feeling renewed. He gave me pointers on how stretch out my neck and shoulder when I start to feel tight.
I absolutely loved the atmosphere at The Fifth Om, the energy in the building is serene from the moment you step in the door and remove your shoes. I had Sheila for my 1 hour massage and she was fantastic.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
