“The acupuncturist took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and explained how the treatments would target the root causes.”

“The sessions I've had with him have been amazing: not only are my migraines much better now, but the sessions are also very relaxing, and Joseph is a really, really nice person.”
“After my first session, I felt a noticeable relief, although I still did not have my range of motion back, at least some of the pain subsided.”
“It's a convenient location, clean, relaxing office but practitioner Tonzola is a true healer.”
“His personality puts you at ease immediately so if you're nervous about acupuncture you won't be very long.”
From the reviews
I had an injury to my thoracic nerve sometime last year, I believe and my Zumba instructor recommended I should visit Joseph. I'm so glad that I did! My injury deterred me from doing not only what I love to do which is dancing Zumba but it also affected me in my daily activities; making it difficult to sit for long…
I went to a hand surgeon to discuss my three trigger fingers but was hesitant on going under the knife because the use of my hands would be limited for four to six weeks. I had acupuncture done years ago to fix my back issues so I decided to try it for my trigger fingers. The result was fantastic!!!
Joseph is incredible! I am young and quite fit, but I have had low back pain caused by scoliosis my whole life. When I have a spasm, my usual routine is physical therapy, NSAIDs, and rest.
I had a great experience with Joseph! I have dealt with back pain on and off for years. When a recent sciatica attack happened I made an appointment with Joseph for acupuncture treatment. Treatment helped me manage the sciatica and it never blossomed into a full blown attack. What a relief.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
