From the reviews

Saundra is an excellent massage therapist who enjoys providing relief and comfort through her healing hands. This is a very rare trait. I would highly recommend. Support your local business! I wish I can take her home with me. Had deep tissue massage and feel so much better. The cupping was the icing on the cake.

★★★★★ — Maria, Jul 2022

Sandra not only found all my spots that needed healing and generously messaged them, but also used some cupping methods on my back without leaving any polka dots. Sandra is a beautiful person with great energy that will just brighten up your day and make your body feel a whole lot better.

I went to see Saundra and I totally can see why she has 5 stars!! I needed a massage DESPERATELY after snowboarding for the first time 2 days in a row. She worked all of those knots out- some I didn’t even know I had!

★★★★★ — Lexi, Jan 2025

Saundra is really talented. I had a 2hr deep tissue and she got areas to release that regular massage therapists that know me well couldn't coax to relax. This was the first time she worked on me but was so in tune with what was going on, I was really impressed.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
